I am contacting you in regards to the Texas Cushman Scooter Club’s event which is coming to our civic center here inSulphur Springs, Texas on July 29, 2009. 

We would love to have any of your group stay with us at our hotel.

We wish to offer a 22% discount off our regular rate for anyone staying in town with your group! This is $69.42 + tax and applies to a suite with 1 to 2 adults. Callers need only to say they are coming to town for this event and we will offer them this discounted rate. I have noticed that several reservations already are confirmed from members of your group.
