Paul Smith passed away on Sunday, Sept. 18. He served as a TCC Board member. Our condolences to his family.

Good Evening, Just remind everyone of our annual West Texas Fair Parade in Abilene. Line up next Saturday south of Courthouse at our regular place at 9:30 am for the 10:30 parade start.
