Randolph L. Garner Has Passed

Randolph Garner was the first president of the Texas Cushman Club (1982-1987) and lived in Cleburne, TX. He along with the other Charter Members created a club for the enjoyment of riding Cushman scooters.

He attended the 2014 State Meet in Brenham and spoke of the beginning of the club.

President Ben Sargent awarded the Founder’s Award to Past President Randolph Garner in 2014. Randolph began the award to honor exceptional members. It was appropriate for the #1 Member to be recognized in the same fashion
