Texas Cushman Club Raffle Engine Build

Tommy Goode has put together a beautiful engine and along with Steve Lorenz and Bill Tate, the proceeds will be going to the Texas Cushman Club account.

The Texas Cushman Club is going to raffle an 8HP “B” block engine at the Texas State meet this year. The following pictures are the start of the build. The specs. are bored .050, ported and polished, a super stock cam, high capacity oil pan, billet head, Chrome engine shroud and 22MM Mikuni carb. I would like to thank Mary and Bill Tate for donating the core engine that I started with. I would also like to thank Lisa and Steve Lorenz ( Arcadia Cushman) for their donation of most of the Chrome. The engine will be on display at the CCOA National meet in Abilene, Texas in June and the drawing will be held at the Texas State Meet in October in Snyder, Texas. You do not have to be present to win. The tickets will be $25 each or 5 for $100.
