Water Valley April 2026

In the newsletter May 1995, there is an article reporting the Concho Valley area held their 1st rally along the banks of the North Concho River near Water Valley. 34 scooters rode the area and the event became an annual event. It continued until 2023. This year was attended by Don and Judy Henry, Roy and Joellen Stanley and Raymond and Chrysti Love. Several dropped by for visiting and meals.

Roy and Joellen Stanley, Carolyn Turner, Nancy Bennett, and Gene Sargent have been dedicated members and have attended most of the events. Armando and Margaret Trevino were also active members but were unable to attend this year. They sent best wishes and the coffee pot with Folgers coffee.

We had lunch with Ted Grisham at The Other Place in Carlsbad. He came and spent Friday morning and part of the afternoon with us.

As we got traveled back to the campground, the scooters spent time riding around the lake and traveled 84 miles. There were a few bluebonnets on the side of the road.
