Be sure to send in your registration by Sept. 4 if you want to order a t-shirt. After Sept. 4, please bring your registration to the state meet.

IF you can’t make the state meet, please remember your annual dues of $50.00 need to be mailed to Jane Press to remain an active member of the Texas Cushman Club, Inc. The deadline is Oct. 3 for this year.

“Hey all,

I am putting this post out to notify that my dad, William (Bill) Davis of San Antonio area passed away last week.

His obit listed his member number as 25. It also stated one of his Cushman highlights was group riding over the new Corpus Christi bridge.

I know he had many friends amongst the Texas scooter family and thought yall would want to know.

I currently have a ’53 Eagle that some say was previously owned by a man named Ken or Kevin Wells (?) San Marcos area.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bill and Hazel at the 2014 Aransas Pass ride. He rode his scooter with the group who boarded the USS Lexington. The original 35 members had a vision for our club that allowed us to make friends and enjoy rides since 1982.
