By Belinda Beck:
There were 28 members of the Concho Valley and West Texas Cushman Club who got together yesterday in San Angelo, Texas to celebrate the Christmas Holiday. There were a group of riders who took advantage of the abnormally warm weather and rode around the country side in the afternoon. Everyone gathered at the home of Ben & Gene Sargent for a great party Saturday night. We enjoyed some great food and played an interesting and competitive Dirty Santa Gift Exchange Game.

#1: With the information I have provided can you determine the year of this Truckster?________________
The original owner did not have a title and he did not remember what year he purchased it except that he bought it new and used it on his ranch.
The original owner has passed away.
#2: I am interested in divesting myself of this Truckster as I have too many other projects ongoing including the following restorations:
- 1959 Cushman Eagle, Restoration completed.
- 1980n Vespa P200e, Restoration almost complete.
- 1954 NSU Lambretta 125 Electric Start, 178 original miles, Restoration starting.
Do you know of anyone that might be interested in purchasing this Truckster for purposes of restoration?
Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. I look forward to hearing from you about this.
Sincerely,
Sheriff A. D’Wayne Jernigan, Retired, N5UFV

More Mistakes?!!!
As club secretary, I have sent postcards to remind members to pay their annual dues. As you can guess, I have sent some to members who have paid already. Forgive me, but I do enjoy talking with them and correcting my info.
Today I talked with Bill Davis, #25. Yes, I know he has a Lifetime Membership but I had missed getting it marked in my record, so he got a postcard. Sure had a good visit by phone and he and Hazel are doing well. We discussed the Corpus Ride ( where I first meet them) and neither of us made the trip this year. Any way, he and some friends had rode locally on Tuesday.
I am glad to hear from any one. And I will happily correct my mistakes.
