Dennis Carpenter, TCC # 406 passed away on Nov. 14, 2020. He was 82 years old.

In 1991, President Bill Gordon awarded the Founder’s Award to Dennis. His reproduction parts were essential to the restoration of Cushman scooters as well as to antique cars.
