Mail your registration form and check BY SEPT 1. After that date, please bring with you to the registration desk at the meet.

Oct, 1-4, 2025

We will be having our Early Bird dinner on Wed. night, Oct. 1. First day of meet begins on Thursday and ends after the Banquet on Saturday night, Oct. 4.

Information will be posted as it is released. All information will be in the Newsletter.

Hotel prices end on August 31, 2025. Book before that date and remember to tell them you are with THE TEXAS CUSHMAN CLUB.

RV RESERVATIONS

There are many tv camping sites but the Love Civic Center DOES NOT handle the bookings. The following is the website and instructions. It may take patience, but please book your own.

Here’s a detailed description to book your RV reservations at Love Civic Center:

1. Go to www.campspot.com
   • On the “Find your Campspot” pane,

             i.      Enter your name (as it appears on your credit card)

            ii.      Enter “check in date” and “check out date”

            iii.      Enter number of people (anything will do)

            iv.      Click on “Search”

1. On next pane,

              i.      Click on “Love Civic Center”

              ii.      Click on “Park Map”

              iii.      Zoom in and select your RV slot (30/50 with sewer is the few slots to the left and 30/50 without sewer is on the right)

              iv.      Click on the one of the blue rectangles for your preferred location

              v.      Scroll down and fill in the RV length, slide-outs, etc.

              vi.      Click on “add to cart”

             vii.      Enter payment details
